剝蒜器

Peeled a whole head of garlic in under a minute with this, which used to take me ten minutes of sticky fingers. The hand-held design fits my palm nicely and the skins just slide right off.

I was skeptical, but this thing peeled a whole head of garlic in about thirty seconds. The hand-held design means it just sits in my drawer and doesn't take up any space.

The hand-held design is comfortable to grip, and it does work on larger cloves. Smaller ones tend to slip through without peeling much, so I still end up using a knife for those.
