The grain on this red oak banding actually matches my plywood edges well enough that guests can't tell where the veneer ends. The pre-glued backing held firm after a quick pass with my iron, no bubbling or lifting at the corners.

Ironing this on took maybe two minutes per board, and the pre-glue held tight along the curves without any lifting. The 13/16 width covered my plywood edges perfectly, and the red oak grain blends in so well you’d have to look twice to spot the seam.
