The glue melts evenly with a regular iron, and the birch grain matches my plywood so well you can barely see the seam. Covers those ugly raw edges in minutes, and it's held tight through a week of humidity in my garage.
The pre-glued adhesive activated perfectly with a regular household iron, and the birch veneer matched my plywood so well it looks like one solid piece. I used it to edge a set of bookshelves and the 13/16" width covered everything cleanly without any gaps.
The pre-glued strip made this so much simpler than dealing with contact cement—just ironed it on and it held tight around the corner of my shelf. I was surprised how well the birch face hides the plywood seam once it's trimmed flush.
