Epicurean kjøkkenfjøler

I've had mine for a few months now and it still looks brand new after daily chopping, which is more than I can say for my old wooden board. The surface stays put on the counter even when I'm dicing onions heavily, and cleanup is just a quick wipe.

The surface has held up beautifully after months of daily chopping and slicing, no warping or deep knife marks at all. It cleans up in seconds with just a rinse and a wipe, which is exactly what I need for quick weeknight dinners.

I was worried a composite board would dull my knives, but this one feels almost like wood while wiping clean way faster after raw chicken. The surface hasn't warped or stained after a month of heavy dinner prep, and that's exactly what I needed.
