2 9/16" Hardwood Shaker Peg

These pegs are solid hardwood, not the hollow lightweight ones I've bought before, and the 2 9/16" size gives plenty of room for coats. Installation was straightforward with a small pilot hole.

Bought six of these to hang aprons and towels in the kitchen, and the hardwood has a nice weight to it — no cheap hollow feel. The 2 9/16" size is just right for a peg rail without looking bulky.

Sturdy little peg, and the unfinished hardwood took a coat of stain nicely to match my trim. Only gripe is that a couple of the pegs had slightly rough edges I had to sand down.
