Lee Valley Rotkniv

Trimming carrots and parsnips has never felt this effortless—the blade's curve grips the veggie so I don't have to, and it slices through knobby bits without a fight. It's become my go-to for prepping soup veg, and it's held its edge through a month of daily use.

The curved blade gets right into the nooks of a knobby parsnip without wasting any flesh, and it’s comfortable to grip even after a long prep session. I’ve been reaching for it every single day since it arrived.

Trimming sweet potatoes and carrots is so much easier now that I’ve got a blade that actually curves with the root instead of fighting it. The edge holds up well through a whole week of prep, and the handle feels balanced in my hand. It’s become my go-to for any knobby vegetable.
