Earlex Stoomgenerator

I was skeptical about steaming desserts at home, but the steam output is so consistent that my custards come out silky every single time. The compact design fits right next to my other countertop gadgets without taking over.

The compact size fits neatly on my counter without taking over, which I wasn't expecting for something this sturdy. Steam builds fast enough that I can move from one dessert to the next without any awkward waiting around.

The steam output is steady and quick to build up, which made experimenting with custards and light sponges way less fussy than I expected. I love that it doesn't take over the whole counter, either—it's genuinely compact but holds enough water for a full dessert session.
