The three needles let me switch between thin cuts and a thick pork shoulder without hunting for extra parts, and the spare O-rings already came in handy after a few washes. Nothing leaked at the seams and the 2 oz barrel holds enough brine that I'm not refilling every few inches.

I brined a whole chicken for the first time last weekend and the meat came out juicy all the way through instead of dry near the bone. The 2 oz barrel holds enough for a big roast, and the spare O-rings are a nice touch since I always lose those little things.

The three needles cover everything from a big pork shoulder down to chicken breasts, and the 2 oz barrel holds enough brine that I'm not refilling every two minutes. Cleanup's easy too since the brushes actually fit inside the needles.
