The little test button is a nice touch—I press it every time I plug in my circular saw and it trips instantly, so I know the protection is actually working. Installed it in my garage outlet setup and it gives me real peace of mind when I’m working on damp concrete.
Been using this on my table saw for a few weeks now, and the peace of mind alone is worth it. The cord interrupts fast enough that I don’t even flinch when I hit a stray wire, and it’s flexible enough for cramped workbench corners. Just wish it came in a longer length, but that’s on me.
Finally a cord that actually makes me feel safer when I’m running my table saw in the garage, especially with the damp concrete floor. The GFCI trips instantly if there’s any fault, and the heavy-duty cord feels solid enough to last through years of abuse.
