The polished stainless-steel ball really does make a difference—water flow to my sprinklers feels noticeably stronger than with the old brass-on-brass valve. Install took about ten minutes and I can finally adjust the pressure right at the hose instead of walking back and forth.

The brass body feels hefty and solid, and the valve turns smoothly without any annoying kinks in the hose. I installed it in two minutes and now I can switch sprinklers from the middle of the yard instead of running back to the spigot every time. So glad I grabbed a second one for the back line.
