Finally got around to using this for trimming veneer edges and it's genuinely satisfying how clean the cut comes out every time. The fence stays put without any fiddling, which matters when you're working on pieces this small.
The fence locks down rock-solid, so even tiny paring cuts come out dead square every time. I’ve used it to sneak up on a dovetail fit, and the compact board makes it easy to hold small parts steady. Honestly, it’s turned fiddly trimming into a quick, satisfying step.
I’ve been using it to trim end-grain on small walnut pieces, and the precision is unreal—the fence stays square with zero fuss. The whole set feels dense and well-balanced in the hand, which makes those final joint adjustments almost effortless.
