The ochre tone is warmer than I expected in a good way, and it dried to a proper matte instead of that plastic sheen you get from regular paint. Covered the exterior window trim in two coats and it's still holding up after a full winter.
Applied it to our front door and the matte finish dried to a lovely, even sheen that really brings out the wood grain. It went on smoothly with a brush and covered in two coats, so I'm hoping this durability holds up through the winter.
The brush glides smoothly and the coverage is even on my exterior shutters, which was a relief after fighting with cheaper paints. Two coats gave that natural matte finish I was after, and it seems to have soaked into the wood nicely rather than sitting on top.
