The viscosity is perfect for filling small gaps on porous wood before clamping, and it sets fast enough that I didn't have to babysit the joint. No runny mess dripping down the piece, which was my main headache with thin CA glues.
I used this to fill a small gap where two pieces of wood didn't quite meet flush, and it stayed put without running everywhere like my old thin glue. Takes a bit longer to set than I'd like, so I had to hold the pieces steady for a while.
The viscosity is noticeably heavier than standard CA glue, which made it much easier to control on a vertical seam without it running everywhere. Cured solid in about 20 seconds, though I wish the cap didn't clog so quickly between uses.
