The wood absorbed this wax beautifully and the color depth is exactly what I wanted for my shelf project. One coat alone brought out the grain in a warm, rich way that feels both protected and natural to the touch.
The brown tint went on evenly and gave my oak shelf that rich, warm depth I was aiming for. It buffed out to a nice satin sheen after a few minutes, and the surface feels properly protected now.
Had a small walnut table that looked washed out, and this brought the grain back to life with a soft, warm glow. The linseed oil wax is easy to work with and leaves a subtle, hand-rubbed sheen that feels durable to the touch.
