Rikon Combination Belt & Disc Sander

Swapping between the belt and disc takes about ten seconds, and the fence on the disc side locks down rock-solid for repeat cuts. Been using it for a weekend of edge-smoothing and it handles the whole range without bogging down.

The 6-inch disc gives me a smooth, flat surface every time, and switching over to the belt for edge work takes seconds. Dust collection on this thing is solid too, so my workshop doesn't end up covered in a fine haze.

The belt and disc combo covers so much ground in one setup, and the disc runs smooth right out of the box. I've been flattening small stock and shaping edges all afternoon without having to switch machines.
