That narrow 3" loop slides between my carrots and beets without uprooting anything, and the transparent blade makes it easy to see exactly where the cut is happening. I've never had a hoe that felt this precise in tight rows.

The 56" handle means I can weed the whole carrot row without bending over once, which my back appreciates. That near-vertical sweep takes a little practice, but the loop cuts cleanly through chickweed even right up against the seedlings.

That narrow 3" loop slides between my carrots and beans without taking out the seedlings, and the near-vertical sweep does most of the work for me. The transparent blade is the part I didn't expect to care about, but being able to see exactly where it's cutting has saved a lot of plants.
