Mirka PROS 6" -pneumaattinen hiomakone, 5 mm rata

The 5mm orbit is perfect for feathering edges without gouging, and the throttle response stays smooth even when I back off the pressure. Spent four hours on a door refinish yesterday and my hands didn't feel half as beat up as with my old orbital.

My first day on a cabinet job and this thing just glides through material—the 5mm orbit keeps it aggressive enough for stock removal but that pneumatic balance means my hand isn't cramping by lunch. Hooked it up to my compressor and it ran smooth and quiet from the first trigger pull.

The 5mm orbit hits that sweet spot for smoothing body filler without leaving those deep swirl marks I used to fight with. Hookup was painless and the trigger response is instant, so feathering the throttle on edges feels natural. This thing is staying in my main box.
