The gray tone settled into the grain beautifully on my walnut table, giving it that modern matte look without hiding the wood’s character. One coat was enough for the color to pop, and it dried to a smooth, touch-ready feel in under an hour.

Brushed it onto an oak shelf and the grain just popped through the gray, exactly the refined look I wanted. The finish hardened nicely within a day and feels smooth to the touch, no sticky residue at all.

The wax went on smoothly with a cloth and brought out the wood’s grain beautifully—the gray is subtle enough for a modern look without hiding the natural texture. I’ve used other finishes that feel sticky afterward, but this one left a dry, silky surface that’s already holding up well on my chair.
