Allbäck Eichenholz-Leinölwachs

Worked it into a small oak shelf yesterday, and the grain just glowed after the first coat. The wax-oil blend made buffing almost effortless, and a little goes a long way, which is nice for the price.

The scent is subtle and pleasant, not at all chemical, and it soaked into the oak nicely without leaving a sticky feel. My cutting board looks richer after just one coat, though I’ll probably do a second pass for extra depth.

The mix of oil and wax went on smooth and soaked into the oak tabletop evenly, leaving a soft sheen that doesn't feel greasy. Dried nice and hard over the weekend, and water beads right off the surface now.
