Festool Domino Samlingsfræser DF 500 RQ-Set

I’ve used it on three projects already, and the plunge action is so smooth that the joint lines up perfectly every time. The adjustability for different domino sizes means I’m not constantly switching tools mid-build, which saves a ton of hassle. It’s pricey, but the accuracy honestly makes it worth

The dust collection is genuinely impressive—barely any mess on the bench after a full afternoon of cutting joints. The plunge mechanism feels solid and predictable, and the precision of each cut had me double-checking my measurements because they were so clean.

The plunge action on this joiner is buttery smooth and the indexing pins make repeat cuts almost foolproof—I knocked out eighteen mortises in under an hour without a single wobble. It’s pricey, sure, but the accuracy on the first try saves me so much rework that it’s already paid for itself in time.
